Vector Air – Terms & Conditions
Effective from: 12/07/2025
1. General
By placing an order with Vector Air, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions below. These may be updated without prior notice, so we recommend checking before each purchase.
2. Age-Restricted Products
We are a responsible retailer and comply with UK laws regarding the sale of age-restricted goods. You must be 18+ to purchase items such as airguns, knives, and related accessories. We reserve the right to request ID and store it securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Refusal to provide ID will result in cancellation of your order.
3. Website Pricing vs In-Store
Prices shown online are specific to our website and may differ from in-store prices. Promotions and offers are not always transferable between sales channels. If you see a price online you’d like to take advantage of, please use our Click & Collect service to secure it.
4. Orders, Payment & Contract
Orders are only accepted once payment has been received in full. Once accepted, a legally binding contract exists. We reserve the right to decline any order. Full payment is required in advance for special orders.
5. Special Orders
Products specially ordered in for you require full payment up front. If cancelled, only a partial refund will be issued. Special order returns are also subject to partial refunds only, and are not eligible for full return under standard distance selling terms.
6. Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange, in line with UK distance selling regulations.

Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

You are responsible for return postage costs.

Outbound postage fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: You cover return postage and the cost of shipping the replacement. Any difference in product price must also be paid.
Important: All products must be tested within 7 days of receipt. Faults reported after this period may be treated as warranty claims.
7. Warranty
Warranty claims must be returned to us for inspection. Due to the nature of the products we sell, many issues are caused by user error. If found to be user-related, the item is not covered under warranty.

If a genuine fault is found, we will cover return postage costs up to the value of your original shipping fee.

Items returned without fault or caused by misuse will be returned to you at your expense.
8. Loyalty Points
Loyalty points expire 3 months after issue. Unused points cannot be reinstated or transferred.
9. Delivery of VCRA-Restricted Goods
Items such as airguns, silencers, and pressure-bearing components (e.g. regulators, cylinders) are VCRA-restricted and must be sold face-to-face.
We offer two options:

Available for a fixed fee (non-refundable).

Delivery can take up to 4 weeks.

RFD Transfer:

You may nominate a local Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD) to receive your goods.

You must contact the RFD before purchasing to confirm acceptance, terms, and fees.

We are not responsible for RFD transfer charges or their policies.

RFD fees are not refundable, even if the item is returned under warranty.

If you want to avoid postage or transfer fees, we recommend selecting Collect In Store at checkout.
10. Business Customers & Trade Sales
Even when purchasing as a business customer (e.g. under a business name, with a VAT invoice, or using a business card), your transaction with Vector Air is still classed as a consumer retail sale and is treated as such. All orders placed through vectorair.co.uk are subject to our standard retail Terms & Conditions.
If you are a retailer or trade customer and wish to access exclusive trade-only products or view products with trade pricing, you must apply for a trade account via our dedicated trade portal: OnTargetDistribution.net
Once your application is approved, you will receive login access to our trade ordering platform. This site is strictly for registered trade users and is not for public use. Not all products from Vector Air are available through OnTarget Distribution, and some items may be exclusive to retail.
11. Product Availability & Stock Errors
Our website uses a live stock system and is updated regularly. However, mistakes can occur.

If part of your order is unavailable and cannot be sourced within 2–3 working days, that portion will be refunded, and the remainder shipped.

If the entire order cannot be fulfilled, it will be cancelled, and you will be refunded in full.
12. Risk & Ownership
Ownership passes to you only once full payment is received. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
13. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of our products. Items should always be used responsibly and as intended.
14. Cancelling an Order
You can cancel your order up to 14 days from delivery. To do so:

You must notify us in writing (email or letter) with your order number and item details.

Returns must be sent promptly and securely packaged.

We reserve the right to deduct for damage or signs of use.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
