Shop & Service Department
With 20+ years in the gun trade, Karl has garnered many contacts and tricks of the trade. With this, he guides purchasing and advice for troubleshooting of customer or industry issues.
Karl is in charge of the Shop and Sales of the business as well as ordering and valuations.
With decades of professional Airgunsmith knowledge and as one of the UK's most in-demand gunsmiths; he also heads up the servicing and repairs department.
Karl also shows up occasionally on AAR as his personal gunsmith

Luke
Digital Media & Trade
Luke originally got into the industry as AAR's IT guy in 2016 and developed the AAR brand and YouTube channel beginnings.
Since then he has been responsible for everything digital media based at VectorAir such as Blog Writing, Graphics, Videos, and Product Photos as well as taking care of website copywriting, analytics, sales reports and general IT requirements in the business.
He also manages the trade portal OnTarget Distribution and operates his own media agency FireStudios

Julie
Finance & Customer Relations
With a background in finance, Julie helps us keep in the black. Dealing with VAT, Banks, International Payments and Payroll.
She is also the workplace mother who answers the phones and, on the odd occasion, acts as the voice of reason to us lot... When she's not being a health and safety hazard.
So when you call us you will likey be met with her voice answering the phone, that is when were not working at 150% capacity to get the hundreds of daily online orders processed.

Craig
Logistics
Craig is our regular source of information for all things shooting. He is a font of knowledge and regularly guides customers in their purchasing decisions.
His background in engineering has allowed us to guide the manufacturing of our products and advise suppliers.
He is in charge of the logistics of restricted goods delivery and quite often is the one who goes out on the gun run for home delivery.

Tee
Warehouse & Admin
Tina (or Tee as she prefers) is Craig's partner in crime... I mean life.
She is known by / knows virtually everyone. This is mainly due to her previous positions in the MOD and as a fuel station manager.
Now she is in charge of the warehouse organising storage of incoming and outgoing products as well as occasionally jumping in to do some admin work and phone calls

Chances are you already know this man. He can occasionally be spotted in the shop talking the ears off customers or seeking out new products for review.
Andy takes care of a lot of our product publishing and also is our go to for wepaon testing should we require it.
