Vector Air – Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things need to be returned. Here’s how it works.
1. Standard Returns
Under UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to return most new, unused items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused and in original packaging

All accessories, manuals, and original tags must be included

You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt
Once approved, you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost. We recommend tracked postage. Returns must be securely packaged and received in a resaleable condition.
Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Exchanges
Need a different item instead?

You cover return postage to us

You also pay shipping on the replacement item

Any price difference must be settled before dispatch
3. Testing Period
You must test your item within 7 days of receiving it.
Any faults discovered after this period may be handled as warranty claims.
4. What You Can’t Return
The following items cannot be returned unless proven to be faulty (we reserve the right to repair or replace faulty items before offering a refund):
🔒 FAC-Rated Airguns / Firearms

These are classed as modified goods as they require variation and inspection

Once sold and collected/shipped, they cannot be returned, even under standard distance selling rights
♻️ Pre-Owned / Second-Hand Items

All pre-owned products are sold as described and non-returnable

This includes ex-demo, clearance, or previously owned guns and accessories
🛠 Special Orders / Custom Orders

Items specially ordered in for you are not eligible for full refund

If cancelled or returned, only a partial refund will be given based on resale viability
🔓 Opened Consumables & Used Accessories

Pellets, CO₂, lubricants, and other consumables are non-returnable if opened

Scope mounts, optics, or tools that have been installed/used are also excluded
5. Faulty Items & Warranty Claims
If you believe your item is faulty, contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
You must return it for inspection:

If a genuine fault is found, we will repair, replace, or refund it, and cover return shipping up to the value of your original delivery charge

If the fault is due to user error or misuse, the item will be returned to you at your expense
We reserve the right to refuse warranty or repair work on items found to have been modified, tampered with, or misused.
6. RFD Transfer Items
If your purchase was transferred via RFD, please note:

We are not responsible for fees or policies charged by the receiving dealer

RFD transfer charges are non-refundable, even if the item is later returned under warranty
7. How to Start a Return

Wait for confirmation and return instructions

Package the item securely and return within 7 days
8. Deductions & Condition
We reserve the right to deduct from your refund if:

Items arrive damaged due to poor packaging

Items show signs of use or installation
-
Packaging is missing or heavily marked
If a return is rejected, it will be sent back to you.

Special orders - ⚠️ Partial refund only
