Bisley 12 Gauge Trip/Alarm Mine including 5 Blanks

Price

£33.00

Restricted Item. Over 18 only

An awesome, low cost and VERY effective booby-trap which is very easy and quick to set up.

Originally designed for security measures for farmers, they are a great way to alert property owners of trespassers.

Simply secure to a post with the firing pin facing towards the ground using the screw holes, remove the firing washer from the chain and attach it to a line where you will issue the trip. To load pull back on the firing pin and put the Safety pin through the hole. Pull back again and load a 12 gauge shortie blank into the hole facing down. Finally, locate the washer in the ridge in the firing pin and carefully remove the safety pin. Your mine is now armed.

Our blog isn’t written by someone who’s never held an air rifle. It’s built from real-world experience, hard truths, and occasionally a well-placed rant. That’s why shooters across the UK actually read it.

Whether you’re after solid buying advice, after-sales guidance, deep dives into industry trends, or a look behind the curtain in Behind the Barrel, our blog is here to inform—not just to sell.

  • 🧠 Guides & Advice – From zeroing your scope to choosing the right regulator.

  • 🛠 After-Sales Know-How – Real support, not copy-paste manuals.

  • 🎯 Staff Picks – The gear we rate (and we’ve tried it all).

  • 🗣 Behind the Barrel – Less brochure, more brain—history, opinion, and industry talk.
