The Reximex Mito is a compact, regulated PCP pistol that is more than suitable for 10m pistol competitions or general plinking. Designed with versatility in mind, the Mito is equally at home on the range for target shooting or as a fun, highly portable plinker.

Finished in a sleek Black Anodising with synthetic grips, the Mito offers both style and practicality. Its ambidextrous palm-swell grip provides excellent ergonomics, while the smooth sidelever action makes cycling effortless. With a dovetail optics rail and supplied open sights, you can shoot straight out of the box or fit your preferred red dot or compact scope.

Airguns: All airguns are classified as restricted items.

Pressure-Bearing Parts of Airguns: This includes barrels, cylinders, reservoirs, and pistons.

Definition and Registration:

Component Parts: While the VCRA does not explicitly define "component parts," the Home Office interprets this to include pressure-bearing parts such as barrels, cylinders, reservoirs, and pistons.

Accessories: Only moderators (silencers) require registration by dealers.

Legal Requirements for Transfer:

In-Person Transfer: It is an offence under the VCRA to transfer these restricted items through standard postal systems or to the end customer directly without the presence of both the buyer and either the seller or a representative of the seller.

Representatives of the Seller: This can be:

An employee of the seller who is a registered firearms dealer (RFD).

Another RFD authorized by the seller.

An employee of the authorized RFD.

Collection and Delivery Options:

Collection from Store: Customers are encouraged to collect their restricted items directly from the store where purchased.

Transfer to Another RFD: Items can be transferred to a local RFD for collection, though the receiving RFD may charge a fee for this service.

Home Delivery: We offer home delivery through our in-house team to some areas of the UK. However, please note that this service has location restrictions and incurs higher costs due to the need for dedicated transport, making it more expensive than a standard RFD transfer.

Some OEM build issues
Found a few build issues (none by Vector Air) that I needed to fix (Voiding warranty): FPS was low at 480 FPS, 4.32 FT Lbs and a spread at a poor 21 FPS. The trigger pull was very heavy. The barrel fixing screws were loose allowing the barrel to wobble so shroud could rotate a small amount moving the foresight. After adj’ to hammer spring, regulator & trigger, the FPS & Spread are great & repeatable. Accuracy is stunning at 10mtrs. Now a great gun, initially let down by poor OEM set up.

It’s a shame to hear the pistol arrived with a few setup issues. While the Mito is a regulated PCP and offers a lot for the money, it is still very much positioned as an entry level target pistol, and occasionally the factory setup can be a little inconsistent. That can show up in things like trigger weight, regulator settings, or general assembly needing a bit of attention.

That said, it’s good to hear that once you had adjusted the hammer spring, regulator, and trigger, the performance came together and the accuracy is now where it should be. At 10m they can be surprisingly capable little pistols even when not set-up.

We do appreciate the honest feedback, as it helps other buyers understand both the strengths of the platform and what they might need to check or fine-tune when setting one up.

Reximex Mito laminate.
What a lovely piece of kit. Looks great and more importantly is super accurate. By depressing the front sight to its maximum I can use the pistol at 6 yards, perfect for my indoor shooting range. Vector Air have been great to buy from the communication was first class. Just waiting for my red dot to arrive. Exciting!!
