Stop your bottle from falling over - this rubber boot simply pushes onto the bottom of your cylinder and gives a flat base to help prevent the bottle from falling over.
 
This boot will only fit 3L cylinders that are 100mm in diameter - it won't suit any other size (including the larger Bisley models).
