Walther Rotex RM8 Synthetic UC Regulated Bolt Action PCP Air Rifle Combo
The Walther Rotex RM8 UC Combo takes one of the most respected sporting PCP air rifles on the market and turns it into a complete, ready-to-shoot package. Built around the compact RM8 UC platform, this kit includes everything needed to get started, while allowing you to tailor the optic to your budget and shooting style.
At the heart of the rifle is the proven RM8 action. It combines a genuine German Lothar Walther barrel, a regulated 200cc air cylinder and Walther's robust 8-shot rotary magazine to produce the consistency and accuracy that have made the RM8 a firm favourite with both target shooters and pest controllers.
Unlike many self-indexing magazine systems, the RM8 uses a true rotary magazine. Each time the bolt is cycled, the rifle rotates the magazine into position before the pellet is pushed into the breech. This means the pellet enters the barrel cleanly and straight, without fighting against magazine spring tension, helping to reduce pellet deformation and maximise accuracy.
German Lothar Walther Barrel: The 340mm 12-groove choked barrel delivers the outstanding accuracy the RM8 platform has become known for. Its shorter length makes the UC easier to carry and manoeuvre while retaining excellent downrange performance.
Regulated PCP System: The regulated 200cc air cylinder performs best between 200 and 100 BAR, providing consistent velocities and an impressive usable shot count throughout the working pressure range.
True Rotary Magazine: The reliable 8-shot magazine is mechanically indexed by the rifle itself rather than relying on spring pressure, ensuring smooth, consistent pellet loading.
Compact Thumbhole Stock: The durable synthetic thumbhole stock is designed for regular field use and provides excellent control whether shooting from a bench, bipod or hide.
Factory Moderator Included: The supplied moderator helps reduce muzzle report while maintaining the rifle's compact overall dimensions, making it particularly well suited to farm work, barns and other noise-sensitive environments.
Picatinny Accessory Rail: A factory-fitted Picatinny rail beneath the forend provides an easy mounting point for bipods, torches and other shooting accessories.
Choose Your Scope: Rather than including a fixed optic that may not suit every shooter, this package allows you to select the scope that best matches your experience, intended use and budget.

Important Notice for the Purchase and Delivery of Airguns, Pressure Components of Airguns, and Moderators
Effective Compliance with the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 (VCRA): Sections 31 and 32
Under the provisions of Sections 31 and 32 of the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006, which were enacted through "The Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 (Commencement No 3) Order 2007: firearms measures," specific regulations now apply to air weapons, their Pressure-Bearing component parts, and certain accessories.
Key Points to Note:
Restricted Items:
- Airguns: All airguns are classified as restricted items.
- Pressure-Bearing Parts of Airguns: This includes barrels, cylinders, reservoirs, and pistons.
- Functional Moderators (Silencers/Suppressors): Moderators that reduce the sound of discharge are also classified as restricted items.
Definition and Registration:
- Component Parts: While the VCRA does not explicitly define "component parts," the Home Office interprets this to include pressure-bearing parts such as barrels, cylinders, reservoirs, and pistons.
- Accessories: Only moderators (silencers) require registration by dealers.
Legal Requirements for Transfer:
- In-Person Transfer: It is an offence under the VCRA to transfer these restricted items through standard postal systems or to the end customer directly without the presence of both the buyer and either the seller or a representative of the seller.
- Representatives of the Seller: This can be:
