Airgun Repairs & Servicing: A Temporary Pause (Because You Lot Keep Us Busy!)

Well, this is one of those “good problems” to have… but still a problem all the same.

Due to a massive influx of customers bringing their airguns in for servicing and repair, our workshop has been inundated. Quite literally, benches full, racks full, and the jobs piling up faster than we can sensibly clear them. To ensure every repair gets the attention it deserves, we’re temporarily pausing the intake of new service and repair jobs.

This pause will allow our service department to catch up and get your rifles back in your hands without rushing or cutting corners.

Important Notes:

• Warranty Repairs are NOT affected – these will continue as normal.

• Please don’t call for updates on existing repairs. We promise you’ll be contacted as soon as your rifle is ready. Every phone call slows the team down, and that includes warranty jobs too.

When We Reopen for Servicing – Here’s What You Can Expect

Our service department has nearly 20 years of experience in repairing, tuning, and servicing both Spring and PCP airguns. Customers trust us because we don’t just fix guns; we make sure they’re running at their best.

✔️ Full Strip & Service from £100 – includes cleaning, seals, gaskets, and lubrication

✔️ Performance Testing – optional SKAN Chronograph report available

✔️ Transparency – we’ll seek authorisation for any additional parts exceeding £50 before continuing work

🔧 What We Service:

• Virtually any mechanical airgun

• PCP and spring-powered rifles

• Gas-Ram & CO2 guns (where parts/pricing make sense)

⚠️ What We Don’t Service:

• ETU (Electronic Trigger Unit) airguns – these must go back to the manufacturer

The Bottom Line

We know pausing repairs isn’t ideal, but it’s simply down to demand. We’d rather do things properly than rush them. Think of it as proof that when it comes to keeping your rifles in top condition, we’re the name people trust — sometimes a little too much!
