Staff Picks for May

Staff Picks: Upgrading your shooting or replica collectors

Every month, our team at Vector Air picks out the products that have truly stood out to us. Whether it's an innovation or a tried-and-tested favourite, we're always excited to share our top picks with you. So, without further ado, let's dive into what caught our eye this month.

Vector Air Staff Picks

Craig's Pick:

EPIC Bench & Sitting Shooting Tripod

Eagle-eyed viewers of our monthly picks may well have noticed that this is not the only time Craig has selected a Shooting Tripod for his monthly pick. However, that should also show you how often Craig actually uses these iver things like bipods or bags. You simply cannot beat a stable shooting platform. You too can experience stability here.

UMAREX Tornado Revolver

Tee's Pick:

X-ACCU Reach Mounts

This was a bit of a curve ball, we even asked if she was sure about choosing these. However Tee explained that she has chosen these as they allow mounting scopes to guns that normally would not be able to get away with due to protruding magazines or short rails. So there you have it, Tee has gone for an inclusive choice where you now have the option of mounting longer or shorter scopes than your build would normally allow. Discover more about it here.

MDE Carry Handle

Luke's Pick:

RokStad Universal Shooting Clamp for Tripods

As you may or not be aware, Luke is the one who does all the photographs, so camera accessories like tripods are his thing. So when this, let's be honest, budget clamp appeared we were all quite shocked at the quality of it. Luke instantly mounted it to one of the many tripods in his arsenal and found it to be as stable as bigger-named brands at holding your guns. Check out the clamp here.

Vector Optics Taurus Gen2

Karl's Pick:

BARRA 1866 Shell Ejector

Now Karl self-admits he isn't much into replica air rifles, however, this month he was tied between two replicas, the impressive Crosman SBR or his actual monthly choice, the BARRA 1866. This gun has garnered a lot of attention since the announcement that ASG was taking care of importing the BARRA products to the UK, and we must say it is impressive, a rifled barrel and a decent punch, it impressed Kar and will likely impress you, check it out here.

These are our top picks for this month, each showcasing the diverse range of products that have captured our attention. Whether you're an avid shooter or a replica collector, we hope you find something that piques your interest. Stay tuned for next month's staff picks, where we'll continue to highlight the best of the best in the world of outdoor gear.
