Vector Optics Veyron GEN2 3-12x44 FFP CTR Scope (SCFF-72)

Big performance in an even smaller footprint.
The original Veyron essentially created the compact precision scope category and has remained one of Vector Optics' most popular designs ever since. The GEN2 3-12x44 continues that philosophy, combining an incredibly compact chassis with genuine long-range capability. It retains the proven 30mm tube, first focal plane etched reticle and turret-lock system while introducing upgraded LaREE HD glass for noticeably brighter, sharper and higher-contrast viewing than the original generation.

The improved optical system transmits light more efficiently, delivering better edge-to-edge clarity while allowing the scope to become even shorter than its predecessor. Physics still has the final say, so you may notice a small amount of chromatic aberration in particularly challenging lighting conditions, but compared to the original Veyron the improvement is immediately noticeable.

With its shorter 242mm body and useful 3-12x magnification range, this is an outstanding option for lightweight PCP air rifles, hunting carbines and compact precision builds where every gram and every centimetre matters.

Highlights
FFP VVE-1 MIL etched reticle with an ultra-fine 0.08MIL illuminated floating centre dot and Christmas Tree holdover system for rapid corrections without dialling.

LaREE HD fully multi-coated glass produces a brighter, sharper image with improved contrast and colour fidelity over the previous generation.

1/10MIL locking turrets provide crisp, repeatable adjustments while the 30mm tube offers up to 30MIL of elevation travel for extended-range shooting.

Ultra-compact design measuring just 242mm long and weighing only 629g, making it ideal for compact PCPs, hunting rifles and AR-style platforms.

6-level illumination improves reticle visibility in darker conditions without overpowering the fine centre aiming point.

Turret-lock system helps prevent accidental adjustment when carrying the rifle in the field.

Who is the Veyron GEN2 3-12x44 for?
The 3-12x44 fills the gap between the smaller hunting scopes and the larger long-range optics. It offers enough magnification for precise target shooting and pest control while remaining one of the most compact first focal plane scopes available. If you're building a lightweight PCP or compact centrefire rifle and don't want a large optic ruining the handling, the Veyron GEN2 delivers premium features without the bulk that normally comes with them.
