The Vector Optics X-ACCU X-MOD 34 mm Medium Modular Picatinny Mount is designed for shooters who want a high-quality, rigid scope mounting system with the flexibility to build accessories into their setup.
 
Sitting at the premium end of the Vector Optics mounting range, the X-ACCU is built for serious use without carrying the price tag normally associated with high-end competition mounts. It combines 5-axis CNC machined 7075-T6 aluminium, precision dual-ring alignment and an integrated X-MOD accessory interface into one compact mounting system.
 
The X-MOD system is particularly useful for modern shooting setups. Three mounting points are built into the top of the mount, allowing compatible VAS accessory plates to be added. Depending on the plate used, this can provide a mounting position for a secondary red dot or other compatible accessory without requiring a separate scope mount.
 
Underneath, the mount uses an integrated recoil block designed specifically for Picatinny rails. Combined with the rigid 7075-T6 construction and stainless steel T15 fasteners, this gives the X-ACCU a very solid connection between rifle and optic.
 
Vector Optics rates the X-ACCU system for recoil loads up to .50 BMG. For most airgun, rimfire and centrefire sporting applications, that represents a substantial amount of additional headroom.
 
The 34 mm Medium version places the scope centre approximately 28 mm above the Picatinny rail, providing a little more clearance than the Low version. This can be useful where additional clearance is required around the action, rail or rifle configuration, while still keeping the scope relatively close to the bore.
 
The entire mount is finished with a 20 μm black anodised coating for improved scratch and corrosion resistance, helping it stand up to the knocks and general abuse associated with regular use.
