The Pixfra Mile 2 M215M packs impressive thermal imaging performance into a remarkably compact and lightweight monocular. Featuring a 256×192, 12μm thermal sensor with <35mK NETD sensitivity and a 15mm f1.0 objective lens, it can detect heat signatures at distances of up to 800 metres.
 
The M215M version features manual focus control, giving the user more precise control over the image and making it particularly useful when observing targets at varying distances.
 
Clear Thermal Imaging
The sensitive thermal sensor captures subtle temperature differences and displays them through the 800×600, 0.32-inch OLED display. Six colour palettes provide different viewing options depending on conditions and personal preference.
 
With a 2.33x base magnification and digital zoom up to 8x, the M215M provides flexibility for both scanning and closer observation.
 
Compact & Lightweight
The Mile 2 M215M is designed to be carried and used for extended periods without becoming cumbersome. At just 270g, it is small enough to keep in a pocket or pack when not in use.
The slimline housing incorporates the power button into the side of the device, reducing the number of controls on the top and keeping operation straightforward.
 
Built for Field Use
With an IP67 protection rating, the M215M is protected against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for use in challenging outdoor conditions. It can operate in temperatures from -30°C to +55°C and humidity levels of up to 95%.
 
Long Battery Life
The built-in rechargeable lithium battery provides up to 8.5 hours of operation at 25°C, allowing for extended periods of observation without constantly worrying about finding a charger.
USB Type-C provides the charging and power connection.
 
Wi-Fi & Pixfra App
Built-in Wi-Fi allows the M215M to connect to smartphones and tablets using the Pixfra app. Up to four smart devices can connect simultaneously, with a wireless range of up to approximately 40 metres.
 
The device also supports video recording, still image capture and hotspot tracking, allowing observations to be recorded or viewed remotely.
