The FX DRS Mk2 Micro Walnut delivers all the innovation of the DRS platform in a shorter, handier package while retaining the timeless appeal of a traditional walnut stock. Compact, lightweight and beautifully balanced, it is designed for shooters who want modern performance without sacrificing classic styling.
Like every rifle in the DRS family, the Micro utilises FX's unique Air Pressure Barrel system. By wrapping the air cylinder around the barrel, FX has created a rifle with a remarkably slim profile that feels far closer to a conventional sporting rifle than most PCP designs. The result is excellent balance, impressive rigidity and handling characteristics that feel instantly familiar.
The updated Mk2 platform brings meaningful improvements throughout the rifle. The side lever action feels smoother and more refined, while the latest interchangeable liner system now allows barrel liner changes without first degassing the rifle. Maintenance and future upgrades have never been easier.
The optics mounting system has also received a significant upgrade. Every DRS Mk2 now comes fitted with a 30 MOA Picatinny rail as standard, eliminating the need for aftermarket rail conversions and providing plenty of adjustment for shooters stretching their rifles to greater distances.
The Micro is effectively the successor to the original DRS Compact. If you preferred the shorter handling characteristics of the original compact model, this is the rifle you'll be looking for. The reduced length makes it particularly useful around barns, vehicles and tighter shooting environments while still retaining the accuracy and consistency expected from an FX rifle.
